Maple Arcade Hub is a free social entertainment platform that provides interactive arcade experiences, including but not limited to Street Racer Rush and other digital experiences we may introduce. Our Platform is designed purely for entertainment and social interaction purposes.

Important clarifications about our service:

  • Maple Arcade Hub is entirely free to use. There are no fees, charges, or monetary transactions of any kind associated with our Platform.
  • No real money is involved at any stage of using our Platform. All arcade experiences are provided solely for entertainment purposes.
  • Our Platform does not offer, facilitate, or involve any form of financial transactions. Any scores, points, achievements, or virtual items earned within our interactive modules have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for anything of real-world value.
  • Maple Arcade Hub is a social entertainment destination where users can enjoy digital arcade experiences and connect with a community of like-minded individuals.

3. Eligibility

To access and use Maple Arcade Hub, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 19 years of age. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 19 years of age or older. We implement an age verification process upon first visit, and you must confirm that you meet this age requirement to proceed.
  • Geographic Requirement: Our Platform is designed for and intended to be accessed by residents of Canada. By using our Platform, you represent that you are located in Canada.

  • You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Platform, its servers, or any connected networks.

  • You will not upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • You will not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Platform.
  • You will not collect or harvest any personal information from other users of the Platform.
  • You will not use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may subject you to civil or criminal liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Maple Arcade Hub Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, interactive modules, and the overall design and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of Maple Arcade Hub or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Maple Arcade Hub name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Maple Arcade Hub. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or its content, nor does it permit you to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Platform, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canadian provincial privacy legislation.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW, MAPLE ARCADE HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable. We do not warrant that the quality of any content, services, information, or other material obtained through the Platform will meet your expectations. Any content downloaded from or otherwise accessed through the Platform is done at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such download or access.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAPLE ARCADE HUB, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
  • Any content obtained from the Platform;
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
  • Any other matter relating to the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maple Arcade Hub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or access to the Platform;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation;
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform;
  • Any misrepresentation made by you regarding your age or eligibility to use the Platform.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

10. Modifications to Service

Maple Arcade Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, adding or removing interactive modules, changing features or functionality, updating content, and altering the user experience.

We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Platform without notice or liability. We will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of any significant changes that may affect your use of the Platform, but we are not obligated to do so.

You agree that Maple Arcade Hub shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform or any part thereof.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

You may also terminate your relationship with Maple Arcade Hub at any time by simply discontinuing your use of the Platform. If you wish to have any personal information we may hold about you deleted, please contact us at privacy@maplearcadehub.com.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable province in which the dispute arises, without regard to conflict of law principles.
